Q: I born in Lourenço Marques Mozambique which was a former colony of Portugal. When the war began my parents travelled back to Goa. In some people stayed back or even moved to other African countries. My parents held Portuguese passports at the time. Am I eligible to apply for Portuguese nationality ?
